High Street Chalet is located in downtown Breckenridge, walkable to Main Street shops and dining, a 15-minute walk to Breckenridge Ski Resort or 2-block walk to the free shuttle.

This downtown Breckenridge Victorian style charmer is a short and flat walk to Main Street shops and restaurants, a 2-block walk to the Breck Free Ride shuttle, or 0.7 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Restaurants, grocery shopping, boutique shopping on Main Street, or skier dropoff/parking for Peaks 8 and 9 at the ski resort are all within very short distance.

TVs with DirectTV and Roku for streaming in living room, primary bedroom and bunk room. Queen has DirectTV only.

High Street Chalet is a VALUE priced property because it does not have a hot tub. The upside is that it is one of the most affordable rentals in the downtown Breckenridge core.

We have an exclusive small business partnership with Black Tie Rentals Breckenridge. Our guests receive a 15% discount on e-bike and ski rentals that include free delivery to your vacation home. Skip the hassle of picking up e-bikes or ski rentals and have those items delivered to your home and picked up at departure. Often, your rentals can be ready and waiting at your arrival. Guests renting one of our downtown properties won't even need a car in the warmer months of June-September, you can ride an e-bike almost anywhere!

The Carter Park free sledding hill is one of the most popular activities in Breckenridge. Parking is hard to come by, but it's just a short half-block walk down the street from High Street Chalet.

This beautiful 3-level home has parking for 3 vehicles directly in front. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage. Coats and boots can be kept out of the way in the large entry foyer. Vaulted ceilings, large windows and a gas fireplace are rare in a Victorian charmer, but High Street Chalet was thoughtfully designed and includes beautiful updates throughout.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2025: Reservations including the night of Dec 25, must check out by Dec 27, unless also booking the night of Jan 1. Reservations including the night of Jan 1, may not arrive prior to Dec 27 unless also booking the night of Dec 25.

ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD, AWD or traction devices on hand for winter travel.

Sleeping arrangements:

Upper level: Primary bedroom with en-suite bath, sitting area and large balcony

Main level: Open-concept kitchen and living, half bath and large entry foyer

Lower level: Queen guest bedroom #1, Queen and bunk bed guest bedroom #2, full bathroom with combination tub/shower, full-sized laundry room.

House rules are strictly enforced including maximum of 8, minimum age of 27, quiet hours 10pm-8am.

All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously cleaned and maintained with high-end guest supplies and outstanding customer service. Our staff lives locally in Breckenridge. An informational notebook is in the home and we are easily accessible for questions by text or phone.
